* POLICY

A reservation fee is required for all sessions. This is 50% of the total estimate of costs you will receive prior to your shoot and is needed to secure your date. The remaining balance is due upon receiving your images. All reservation fees are non-refundable.

* IMAGE SELECTION POLICY

Images are selected and edited at the Photographer’s discretion. Only those images deemed professional in quality and within the Photographer’s artistic standards will be edited and released.

* SESSION CANCELLATION POLICY

Two days notice must be given in order to re-schedule a session. Failure to do so will incur a $30 late notice fee.

* COPYRIGHT NOTICE

All images indefinitely remain under copyright of Alyson Young unless otherwise stated by contractual agreement. Alyson Young retains the right to use all images for the purposes of self-promotion, exhibition or for submission into photographic awards unless otherwise agreed upon.
